VIRGINIA — A man was taken to the hospital Friday afternoon after police found his vehicle in a ditch along Three Chopt Road.
The Henrico County Police Division and Henrico County Division of Fire responded to the intersection of Rainbow Drive and Three Chopt Road around 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 29 for reports of a single-vehicle crash.
When officers arrived, they discovered a vehicle off the westbound side of the road. Crews extracted the driver, who was the only person in the vehicle. He was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officials said Three Chopt Road was closed for about 30 minutes as crews worked to reopen all lanes of traffic.
