One person injured following vehicle crash in Kentucky

KENTUCKY — One person is in critical condition following a three-vehicle crash in Lexington late Saturday night, according to police.

The Lexington Police Department said officers were called to the intersection of Nicholasville Road and Canary Road just after 11 p.m.

Two people were transported to a local hospital. One victim suffered life-threatening injuries, while the other sustained non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.

Police said no criminal charges have been filed at this time. The crash remains under investigation.
