
PENNSYLVANIA — A man was hospitalized following a stabbing Tuesday afternoon in the Troy Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh, according to authorities.
Officials with Pittsburgh Public Safety said police were called to the 2100 block of Lowrie Street around 3:40 p.m. for a reported stabbing.
When officers arrived, they found an adult man suffering from a single stab wound to the leg.
Authorities said the suspect fled the scene on foot before officers arrived.
The victim was transported to a hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
The incident remains under investigation.
