ALABAMA — Police are investigating after an 80-year-old man was found stabbed at a home in Sylacauga.
According to authorities, officers responded around 10:30 a.m. to the 800 block of North Main Avenue, where they discovered the man on the front porch suffering from multiple stab wounds.
Officials said the victim was airlifted to a hospital and is currently in stable condition.
Police also reported that a person of interest has been identified in connection with the incident, and charges are expected to be filed.
The investigation remains ongoing.
