SOUTH CAROLINA — A man is recovering after being shot in the arm Thursday evening, according to Marion Police Chief Tony Flowers.
The shooting occurred on Spring Street, and police said multiple people may have been involved.
Investigators are working to determine whether more than one person fired shots.
