PENNSYLVANIA — A woman was injured in a shooting Sunday morning in Mt. Lebanon, according to authorities.
The Allegheny County Police Department said 911 officials were notified of a shooting around 7:15 a.m. in the 200 block of Whitmore Street.
Officials said the victim was transported to a hospital by private vehicle. Investigators reported that the woman is in stable condition.
Detectives with the department’s homicide unit are working to determine what led to the shooting.
Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the county police tip line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS. The investigation remains ongoing.
