OHIO — A man was hospitalized following a shooting in Springfield on Wednesday afternoon, authorities confirmed.
According to a Springfield Division of Police lieutenant, the incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Kenton Street.
The male victim was taken to Springfield Regional Medical Center with suspected non-life-threatening injuries.
Police have not released information on any suspects, and further details were not immediately available.
