OHIO — A person is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a shooting in northeast Columbus early Wednesday morning.
Columbus police said the shooting happened in the 3300 block of Valley Park Drive, east of Westerville Road. Around 4:15 a.m., a vehicle dropped the victim off at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital.
The individual was later transferred to Mount Carmel East for treatment.
Details about what led to the shooting have not been released, and no suspect information is available at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
