NORTH CAROLINA — One person was seriously injured in a shooting early Sunday morning in northwest Charlotte, officials said.
The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. at the intersection of Hovis and Hoskins roads, near Brookshire Boulevard.
Police were seen collecting evidence in the neighborhood following the shooting.
No further details have been released at this time.
