NORTH CAROLINA — A juvenile was injured in a shooting early Wednesday morning at a mobile home park in Onslow County, according to authorities.
The Onslow County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to the Pines Mobile Home Park in Hubert, located off Sandridge Road.
Officials said shots were fired inside a home, leaving one juvenile injured. The victim was transported to Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities reported that there are multiple persons of interest in the case, but no one is currently in custody.
Photos from the scene showed crime scene tape surrounding the home as deputies collected evidence.
Officials have not released additional details about what led to the shooting. The investigation remains ongoing.
