MARYLAND — Police in Laurel are investigating a shooting that left a woman in critical condition early Wednesday morning.
Officers were called to the 12700 block of Laurel Bowie Road shortly after midnight, where they found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound.
She was taken to the hospital and remains in critical condition, according to investigators.
At this time, police have not released any information about a suspect or possible motive.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting, and no arrests have been made.
