KENTUCKY — One person was taken to the hospital after a shooting in Covington on Thursday, according to police.
Authorities said the incident occurred around 10 a.m. in the 300 block of Wright Street.
Kenton County dispatchers confirmed that one victim was found at the scene and transported to UC Medical Center. The victim’s condition has not been released.
Police said no suspect is currently in custody. However, officials indicated there is no ongoing threat to the public.
The shooting remains under investigation, and additional details have not yet been released.
