KENTUCKY — A man was hospitalized Tuesday morning following a shooting in downtown Louisville, police said.
The incident occurred around 10:35 a.m. in the 500 block of S. 3rd Street, near the Vue at 3rd apartments, located about a block north of the Henry Clay. Authorities did not specify whether the shooting happened inside or outside the building.
Louisville Metro Police officers found the man with a gunshot wound to his leg and applied a tourniquet until EMS arrived. His injuries are reported to be non-life-threatening.
