INDIANA — Fort Wayne police are investigating a shooting on the city’s south side Wednesday evening.
Officers were called to the area around 5:45 p.m. for reports of a shooting.
Crime tape was placed around a home on S. Lafayette Street, where a victim was found and taken to a hospital by ambulance.
No additional details about the victim or potential suspects were immediately released. The investigation is ongoing.
