GEORGIA — Police are investigating a shooting that left one person injured Monday night in Albany.
According to the Albany Police Department, the incident happened in the 1700 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard.
The victim was taken to a hospital and was receiving treatment as of 11:15 p.m., though the extent of the injuries has not been released.
It remains unclear how many people were involved in the shooting, and police have not said if any arrests have been made.
The case is under investigation.
