
GEORGIA — One man was seriously injured in an early Sunday morning shooting in Savannah.
According to the Savannah Police Department, officers responded to reports of a shooting around 1:47 a.m. in the 10 block of Echols Avenue. When officers arrived, they found an adult male suffering from serious injuries.
The victim was transported for medical treatment. Authorities have not released his identity.
Officials did not say whether any arrests have been made in connection with the shooting. The investigation remains ongoing.
