FLORIDA — The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that left a man injured Wednesday morning.
Deputies were called to the 7400 block of Faculty Drive in response to a report of an aggravated battery involving a firearm. When deputies arrived at the scene, they found a man in his 50s suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Authorities said his injuries were not considered life-threatening.
Investigators have not released additional details about what led to the shooting or whether any suspects have been identified. The investigation remains ongoing.
