FLORIDA — A man was hospitalized following a shooting early Wednesday morning in Orlando, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the 1600 block of Leeway Avenue around 12:30 a.m. after receiving reports of a shooting.
The victim, a man in his 40s, was transported to a hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Authorities said everyone involved remained at the scene, and there is no ongoing threat to the community.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear. The incident is still under investigation.
