ALABAMA — A woman was injured in a shooting Saturday afternoon at an apartment complex in Mobile, according to authorities.
The Mobile Police Department said the shooting occurred around 2:15 p.m. at the 61Ninety West apartments on Girby Road.
Police said the woman was shot and transported to a hospital with what officials described as a minor, non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
Authorities have not released details on how the shooting occurred or whether any arrests have been made.
The incident remains under investigation.
