GEORGIA — A 19-year-old woman from Dallas was critically injured Monday in a motorcycle crash on Gaydon Road, according to the Cobb County Police Department.
Investigators say the rider was traveling eastbound on a black 2025 Yamaha YZFR7 near the intersection with Greenes Lane when she lost control navigating a curve.
She was ejected from the motorcycle, and both the rider and the bike went off the road, hitting several trees before coming to rest on the shoulder.
Emergency responders transported the woman to WellStar Kennestone Hospital, where she remains in critical condition.
The crash is under investigation by the department’s Special Operations STEP Unit. Anyone who witnessed the crash or has information is asked to contact Cobb County Police at 770-499-3987.
