OHIO — The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an ATV crash that occurred Saturday evening in Washington Township.
Deputies responded to the scene shortly after 8:15 p.m. on June 28 near the intersection of State Route 60 and Township Road 437A.
According to the sheriff’s office, the ATV was traveling eastbound on Township Road 437A when the driver failed to stop at a stop sign at State Route 60.
The vehicle crossed the roadway and struck an embankment, ejecting the driver.
The driver was transported to a hospital. His current condition has not been released.
Investigators believe alcohol may have been a factor in the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
