
NORTH CAROLINA — A pedestrian was seriously injured early Tuesday morning after being struck by a car on Trawick Road near New Bern Avenue, according to the Raleigh Police Department.
Police said the crash happened around 2 a.m.
An ambulance took the pedestrian to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver involved is not facing charges at this time, authorities said.
The incident remains under investigation.
