LOUISIANA — One person was taken to the hospital Tuesday morning after being struck by a vehicle on Stanford Avenue near Perkins Road, Baton Rouge Police reported.
The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m., and EMS also responded to the scene.
The pedestrian was transported to the hospital in serious condition.
Police are investigating the crash.
