One person found dead on porch in Ohio

OHIO — Authorities are investigating after a man was found shot to death on the front porch of a home early Tuesday morning.

Cleveland police responded to a residence on Dove Avenue around 1:30 a.m., where they discovered a man in his 30s with fatal gunshot wounds.

Cleveland EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.

Police also detained a woman at the location, though her connection to the shooting remains unclear.

Officials have not released the victim’s identity or any possible motives.

The investigation is ongoing.
