LOUISIANA — Authorities are investigating the death of a man found inside a vehicle along Woodcrest Drive as a homicide, according to the East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner’s Office.
Officials said 44-year-old Marcus Franklin was discovered dead in a car around 9 a.m. Wednesday on Woodcrest Drive, just off Greenwell Springs Road.
The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating the circumstances surrounding Franklin’s death.
No additional details about the case have been released.
