OHIO — A two-vehicle crash in Greene County late Friday night left one man dead and two juveniles seriously injured, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP).
The crash occurred around 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of Fairground Road and Trebein Road.
OSHP reported that a 16-year-old driving a Honda Civic eastbound on Fairground Road failed to stop at a red light and collided with a Chevrolet Spark traveling south on Trebein Road.
Both vehicles veered off the road, struck multiple fixed objects, and overturned.
The driver of the Chevrolet, 55-year-old Kevin Profitt, died from his injuries.
The 16-year-old driver and a juvenile passenger sustained serious injuries and were transported to a local hospital.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
