FLORIDA — One person was killed and several others were injured in a multi-vehicle crash on State Road 417 near Lake Nona Boulevard, according to the Orlando Fire Department.
Officials said the crash happened on the northbound side of SR-417, west of Lake Nona Boulevard. Four people were involved in the crash, and one person died at the scene.
Two of the injured victims were listed as trauma alerts, and one of them was airlifted by an Air Care helicopter for treatment.
All lanes of SR-417 have since reopened, authorities said.
