OHIO — A Logan man was killed in a two-vehicle crash late Monday night on Interstate 71 in Clinton County.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 11:10 p.m. in Liberty Township.
Jason Fisher, 50, was driving a 2012 Jaguar XJ southwest on I-71 when his vehicle struck the rear of a stopped 2021 Freightliner Cascadia.
Authorities said the commercial vehicle had been stopped in traffic due to an earlier crash on the interstate.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, where Fisher was pronounced dead.
The crash remains under investigation.
