VIRGINIA — One person was killed Saturday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 95, according to Virginia State Police.
Crews were dispatched around 8:50 a.m. to the scene of the crash on Nov. 15. State police confirmed that one individual died in the incident. Troopers are working to identify the victim and notify next of kin.
A detour has been put in place around the affected area, and the Virginia Department of Transportation is urging drivers to take alternate routes to avoid delays.
The crash remains under investigation.
