INDIANA — A fatal crash closed a highway ramp on the southwest side early Thursday morning, according to authorities.
The ramp from Sam Jones Expressway to eastbound Interstate 70 was shut down following the crash, which occurred around 4:45 a.m. An alert issued by the Indiana Department of Transportation, citing the Indiana State Police, confirmed the incident.
