ALABAMA — A crash involving a Semmes Police Department vehicle and a small truck early Wednesday morning left one person dead and a police officer injured.
The collision occurred just before 6 a.m. on March 4 on Lott Road near John Paul Road.
Authorities said the crash involved a Semmes police vehicle and a small truck. The driver of the truck was pronounced dead following the collision. The Semmes police officer involved in the crash sustained injuries, though officials have not released details about the severity of those injuries.
