VIRGINIA — A woman was killed and another driver seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash late Friday night in King William County, according to Virginia State Police.
Troopers responded to the crash around 10:38 p.m. at the intersection of King William Road (Route 30) and Roane Oak Road.
Investigators said a 2023 Toyota Tundra traveling east on Route 30 crossed the center line and collided head-on with a 2016 Ford Fiesta. The impact caused the Tundra to overturn.
The driver of the Ford Fiesta, identified as 58-year-old Debbie Davis of Newtown, died at the scene. The Tundra’s driver, 32-year-old Zachary Johnson of West Point, was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.
