SOUTH CAROLINA — A driver was killed early Thursday morning in a single-vehicle crash in Orangeburg County, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the crash occurred around 6:21 a.m. at the intersection of Eutaw Road and Gilliard Street. A 2013 Honda CRV traveling north on Eutaw Road veered off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.
The driver died at the scene from injuries sustained in the crash. No additional details have yet been released as the investigation continues.
