PENNSYLVANIA — One man was killed and three others were seriously injured in a crash Friday night in Bradford County.
According to state police, the crash occurred on Route 220 in Towanda Township. Investigators said 78-year-old Boyce Northrup of Monroeton was traveling south when a vehicle heading north crossed into the southbound lanes and struck his vehicle.
Northrup was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said two passengers traveling with Northrup suffered serious injuries and were transported to a hospital for treatment. The driver of the northbound vehicle was also seriously injured and taken to a hospital.
Authorities have not released additional details about the cause of the crash. The investigation remains ongoing.
