
KENTUCKY — A 21-year-old man was killed in a head-on crash in Marion County, according to Kentucky State Police.
Troopers said the crash occurred around 6:26 p.m. April 10 on Bradfordsville Road following a two-vehicle collision.
Investigators reported that a 35-year-old man, identified as Jacob Buckingham of Bradfordsville, was driving south when he crossed into the northbound lane while attempting to pass another vehicle in a no-passing zone.
Authorities said Buckingham’s pickup truck collided head-on with a Honda Civic driven by 21-year-old Mason May of Lebanon.
The Marion County Coroner’s Office pronounced May dead at the scene. Buckingham was transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police.
