KENTUCKY — At least one person is dead and several others are seriously injured following a crash Sunday evening on U.S. 119 in the Cumberland community, according to Kentucky State Police.
The crash occurred just before 7 p.m. on July 6.
Authorities have not confirmed the total number of fatalities, but multiple individuals were flown to area hospitals with serious injuries.
US 119 was temporarily closed in both directions as emergency crews responded to the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
