INDIANA — A three-vehicle crash on Wednesday afternoon left one person dead and two others injured, according to local authorities.
The collision occurred around 2:30 p.m. in the 800 block of North Main Street, also known as State Road 15.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found three drivers involved.
Grace Beard, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other drivers, Joshua Flannery, 35, and Jeffery Mast, 34, sustained injuries.
Flannery reported minor back and neck pain and was taken to the hospital for evaluation. Mast was also hospitalized with pain in his hip, arm, and leg.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. No additional details have been released at this time.
