GEORGIA — One person is dead following a single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning near Lenox Square Mall, according to Atlanta police.
Officers were called to the area of Lenox Road NE and the GA 400 on-ramp around 2:25 a.m. Police said the crash involved only one vehicle, which appeared to have struck the median.
Atlanta News First crews at the scene reported seeing a pickup truck with its airbags deployed.
The victim, whose identity has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
