ALABAMA — A Talladega man died following a single-vehicle crash Wednesday night, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA).
Authorities said 43-year-old Justin R. Finch was fatally injured when the 2014 Ford Flex he was driving left the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned.
ALEA reported that Finch was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, which occurred at approximately 11:40 p.m.
The crash happened on Alabama 21 near the 240-mile marker, about one mile south of Munford in Talladega County. Finch was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
