One person dead following two-vehicle crash in Ohio

OHIO — A 74-year-old man died in a two-vehicle crash Friday morning in Paint Township, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred on Prairie Road near State Route 734.

Investigators said a 2003 Toyota Tacoma, driven by Michael L. Brady of Jeffersonville, was traveling southeast on Prairie Road when it failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by another vehicle.

Brady was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, Fayette County EMS, and the Bloomingburg Fire Department.
