
PENNSYLVANIA — A man is dead and another is in police custody following a stabbing Wednesday evening in Pittsburgh.
Officers were called to the 2700 block of Webster Avenue just before 6 p.m. for reports of “two males” fighting, according to police. When they arrived, officers found one man on the ground with a stab wound to the torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other individual involved was detained by police.
Authorities said he was first evaluated at a hospital before being taken to police headquarters for questioning.
Police have not released the names or ages of those involved. The investigation is ongoing.
