OHIO — A 26-year-old woman was fatally shot near a Family Dollar in Dayton on Tuesday evening, according to police.
The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Jamie Guadagno on Wednesday afternoon.
Dayton police and medics responded to reports of a shooting at 645 Troy Street around 9:03 p.m.
Officers found Guadagno in an alley between two apartments and provided first aid before she was taken to a local hospital, where she later died.
No arrests have been announced. The Dayton Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating.
