KENTUCKY — Police in Shively are investigating a deadly shooting that occurred early Monday morning near a gentleman’s club.
According to the Shively Police Department, officers were called just after 3:20 a.m. to the intersection of 7th Street Road and Arcade Avenue following a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. One man, believed to be in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene. The second man, believed to be in his 30s, was transported to a hospital with injuries that police said are not life-threatening.
Investigators believe the two men were patrons of Club 7, knew each other, and that the shooting was targeted.
