TENNESSEE — Clarksville police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened early Sunday morning.
Authorities said officers responded around 2 a.m. to a report of a shooting near Darlene Drive. When they arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to Tennova Healthcare, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
The Clarksville Police Department said its Special Operations Homicide Unit and Crime Scene Unit are investigating.
Officials have asked residents and business owners in the Darlene Drive area to review surveillance video and report any suspicious activity by calling 911.
