SOUTH CAROLINA — A woman was found dead early Wednesday after being shot inside a home in Greenville County, according to sheriff’s deputies.
The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called around 1 a.m. to a residence on Henderson Street. When they arrived, they found a woman inside the home who had been shot.
Investigators said initial findings indicate the gunfire came from outside the house. Several other people were inside at the time, but no additional injuries were reported.
Authorities have not released any information about a possible suspect, and the investigation is ongoing.
