OHIO — A 27-year-old man has died following a shooting at a west Toledo apartment complex early Wednesday morning, according to police.
Officers responded to the 5700 block of Talmadge Road just before 6:30 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Shemar Porter suffering from at least one gunshot wound in a parking lot.
Porter was transported to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Police said there are no suspects at this time, and the incident remains under investigation.
Authorities have not released additional details as they continue to gather information.
