OHIO — Cleveland police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 24-year-old man early Friday morning.
According to a spokesperson, the shooting was reported just after 12:30 a.m. in the 18000 block of St. Clair Avenue. Responding officers found the man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported by Cleveland EMS to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His identity was not released Friday.
The incident is being actively investigated by the Cleveland Police Homicide Unit. No additional details were released, and police have not announced any arrests in connection with the shooting.
