OHIO — Cleveland police have opened a homicide investigation after a man was fatally shot late Monday morning on the city’s east side.
Officers were called around 11:30 a.m. to a store in the 15000 block of Lakeshore Avenue. When they arrived, police found a man who had been shot. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died. His identity has not yet been released.
Police have not announced any arrests or identified potential suspects.
