OHIO — A 26-year-old man was shot and killed early Saturday morning at a gas station in Akron, according to the Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The shooting occurred around 4:14 a.m. on July 6 at the BP station in the 700 block of Grant Street.
When Akron Police and EMS arrived, they found the victim lying on the ground. He had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim’s name has not yet been released, and no further details about the shooting have been made public.
The investigation is ongoing.
