OHIO — Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Friday morning in downtown Cleveland.
Officers and EMS crews were called to the 700 block of West Superior Avenue around 3:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. EMS personnel pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office later identified the victim as 38-year-old Julius Chapman, of Cleveland.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact Cleveland police.
